I specialize in Mid-Century Modern and vintage real estate throughout Colorado, bringing together my passion for architecture, preservation, and real estate with the forward-thinking tools and global reach of SERHANT.

As a Colorado native, I grew up around real estate through my mother, who has been a Realtor in Colorado for decades. My passion has evolved into a specialty in architecturally significant homes, particularly Mid-Century Modern and vintage properties.

Preservation and education are at the heart of what I do. I serve on the boards of Docomomo US/Colorado and Historic Littleton Inc., where I’m involved in efforts to document, preserve, and educate others about our architectural history. I believe we are stewards of our historic homes, and understanding what makes a home special, from its architecture and original details to its history and place within a neighborhood, allows me to represent, market, and sell it in a way that honors the home while maximizing its value.

Mid-Century Modern is my true passion. My fiancé and I own two Mid-Century Modern homes ourselves, so we understand both the joy of living in a unique home and the care, maintenance, and investment that comes with owning one.

For buyers, I believe knowledge is just as important as negotiation. I pride myself on educating my clients throughout the process, from identifying neighborhoods with architecturally significant homes to connecting them with the right inspectors, lenders, contractors, and other professionals.

I love what I do because I get to see incredible homes, meet interesting people, and, most importantly, play matchmaker. Every home, new or old, deserves the right homeowner. Historic homes especially need stewards who understand what makes them special and will care for them for the next generation.
